Hip Hop Hooray 5K!

LOCKPORT, NY: Spring Lake Winery - Please join us on Saturday March 30, 2024 for the 4th Annual Hip Hop Hooray 5K Trail Run at Spring Lake Winery! The race is being brought to you by iRun WNY and will take place entirely on Spring Lake Winery property in Lockport, New York. We have designed a scenic two loop course that takes place primarily on groomed trails. There is also a section of the race that takes runners through the vineyards at both the midpoint and finish.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race or until sold out. Packet pickup will take place inside the winery from 9am until the start of the race at 10am.

Early Bird Entry $25 through January 31st
then $30.00 through race day!

The winery will be open for business and restrooms will be available. There will be a water station located at the halfway point and bottled water and light snacks will be provided to all participants at the finish line. Mail-in Registration Option
If you prefer to mail in your registration, please download both the race waiver and USATF liability waiver below and mail to the address shown. You must complete and mail BOTH waivers to the address shown on the waiver along with your check payable to iRunWNY. Paper applications must be received by 3-28-23.

AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Hand crafted trophies will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female finishers. Beautiful multi-colored Easter Egg medals will be presented to all participants at the finish line. Age group decals will be awarded to go on the back of your medal.

14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, or for any other reason deemed necessary by race organizers, we want runners to know up front that we are planning to convert this to a virtual 5K race. Runners will run 5K on their own during a designated window of time and submit their finish time as instructed. There will be no refunds.

TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Professional timing and finish line services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
